JLL Commercial Strategy was founded in 2018 by Jack Lindemuth. Jack is a progressive Revenue Strategy expert and Commercial leader with an entrepreneurial mindset that exhibits holistic business acumen. He is deeply rooted in hospitality − both professionally and academically − having entered the industry at the age of sixteen. He worked operational F&B and Front Desk roles throughout high school and undergraduate studies before transitioning into a growing career within revenue, marketing, sales, and distribution strategy at some of the most esteemed assets and management companies.

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree at a highly regarded hotel and restaurant school, and, eleven years later, returned to academics to obtain a master’s degree in asset management and development while simultaneously holding a growing regional revenue strategy role.

With advanced education and over fourteen years of dynamic strategy leadership experience spanning several major urban markets and remote destinations, Jack ultimately delivers best-in-class results to a wide range of ownership and management company groups despite the economic or asset life cycle. He has a passion for creating “playbooks” that elevate the total revenue performance for upscale and luxury properties and is known for his strong tenacity to achieve some of the most challenging goals.

Jack is amongst a few strategy leaders who balance remaining close to the ground to stay on top of current trends while also working above property in senior roles and projects. While revenue strategy is his core, Jack is also well experienced and excels in digital marketing strategy, owner relations, distribution and systems strategy, transient sales, feasibility studies, vendor negotiations and account management, and team member development.
